Before you start
- The percentages come from Steam, as of October 16, 2026, 07:14 UTC, one day after launch. They will change over the coming days.
- Achievement, boss and location names are given as they appear in the English version of the game.
- 17 achievements are hidden. The tables below reveal boss names and endings.
- Custom Mode (the assist mode) locks some achievements. Its menu warns you about this before you turn it on.
- PS5 has 30 trophies: the same 29 plus the Platinum for earning all of them.

The in-game description only says "Defeat the …", using the boss's title. Next to it we show who it is and where you fight.

Things to watch out for:
- Finish Hector's work only unlocks for the second fight with Isaac in the Heart of the Clock. The first one, on the bridge, is an illusion and does not count.
- All that glitters is not gold.: in the Catacombs of Paris reach the Circle of Greed and go through the eye door to Mammon's lair.
- The King is dead, long live the King is not a fight. Balance the Scales of Justice by the tree in the Palace of Justice (Paris Streets). Saint Louis awakens and gives you The Judge Arcana.
- I am Arthur, King of the Britons: equip the Fist of Talos spell (The Builder Arcana), go back to the chapel altar and press "Interact" (R1, E on PC) until a cutscene starts. Arthur also drops Excalibur.
- Succubued to her wounds...: the Succubus waits in Belmont Manor, which you enter through the Hall of Mirrors.
- Shadow Work: after the four virtue trials in Notre-Dame, the altar takes you to the Gallery of the Four Virtues. Beating the shadow gives you The Self card and a new costume. Details: endings.

After the bad and the normal ending the game continues on the same save (choose "Resume" after the credits), so you can do all three in one playthrough. Most people get the bad ending by accident, because they usually reach the clock before they have Soul Harvest. In detail: endings.

Platinum roadmap
- First playthrough at your own pace: bosses, collectibles and the three endings on one save. After the normal ending, keep playing for the true one.
- Finish the collections (mirrors, clues, weapons, upgrades, Arcana blessings) to 100% (Perfectionist Hunter). RPG Site needed about 16 hours for 100%.
- A second, timed playthrough on a new save (Dialog Skipper, under 4 hours). By then you know the map and the route, and you can skip the optional fights (Arthur, Succubus).
- Keep Custom Mode off the whole time.
