Before you start
- The percentages are as of October 13, 2026, 18:50 UTC — less than two hours after launch. Only Steam counts them (not Game Pass on PC, PS5 or Xbox). In the first hours they are inflated by people who played before release: 1.2% of players already have every achievement, while the story alone takes about 20 hours. Expect the numbers to drop over the next few days.
- Boss, quest and location names are given as they appear in the English version of the game.
- There are no difficulty settings (more on difficulty), so one playthrough is enough. New Game+ is due in a patch later in 2026 — you do not need it for achievements.
- There are no manual saves; the game saves on its own. According to PowerPyx, quitting via "Back to Menu" in the pause menu forces a save where you stand.
- After the final boss you return to the last Lantern and can freely finish leftover quests and collectibles in every region you have visited.
- Spoiler warning: the names of every boss and chapter are below.
The only missable one: Abyssal Eviction
Abyssal Eviction (2.3% of players) means killing an enemy with a Shield Bash that knocks them into the abyss. You need the Shield Transmutation at level 5, and the last level of any Transmutation takes a Quintessential material. PowerPyx found only two of those materials in the game: spend the first one on another Transmutation and you may never get the Shield to level 5. Spending it on the Shield also unlocks Transmutation Artifex straight away.
TheGamer says nothing in the game is missable — but the approach above is the safe one. Good spots: the wooden platform near the tower past the Fortress > Traverse Lantern (through the gate, up the hill and around the castle; PowerPyx) or the collapsed bridges on the way to the City (TheGamer).
Bosses (11 achievements, unmissable)
| Achievement | Boss | When | Players |
|---|---|---|---|
| Torn Banner | General Lothaire, the Eagle-Bearer | you are meant to lose the first fight at the end of Chapter 1 (Revival); you beat him in Chapter 2 (Regroup) | 45.9% |
| Ultima Ratio Regum | The Iron Marshall | end of Chapter 3 (Rendezvous) | 40.2% |
| Not a Cat Person | Sphinx | end of Chapter 4 (Dark Descent) | 35.4% |
| Quixotry | Slaughtermill | end of Chapter 5 (Crime) | 29.8% |
| My Dying Bride | Bride | start of Chapter 6 (Punishment) | 30.3% |
| True Oath | Justicar Aurelius | start of Chapter 7 (Witch Hunt) | 29.1% |
| Lament of The Limbs | Experiment 83 | end of Chapter 7 | 26.0% |
| Birdwatcher | meeting the Shrike | end of the City of Orphans region, after Chapter 7 | 25.1% |
| Coup de Grâce | Orphan | end of Chapter 8 (Blasphemy) | 22.9% |
| Behemoth | Nephtis Superioris | end of Chapter 9 (In Ruins) | 22.3% |
| In His Own Image | Entity — the final boss | Chapter 11 (Reflection), the stone door near the Caverns > Ancient Lair Lantern | 22.0% |
Tips from TheGamer:
- Iron Marshall — parry, use the explosive barrels and shoot the weak points.
- Sphinx — Blunderbuss and parries in phase 1, mostly dodging in phase 2.
- Slaughtermill — Pistol and dodging in phase 1, then a parkour section and ranged-only combat.
- Bride — regular attacks and parries work; one shot kills each summoned enemy.
- Experiment 83 — weak to fire; environmental hazards and attacks from behind help.
- Nephtis Superioris — weak to parries and the Fire Transmutation.

Platinum and order
Nephtis Superioris (1.2%) unlocks when you have every other achievement. The simplest order, according to PowerPyx:
- Play through the story; along the way do the side quests, defeat the Eternal Guardsmen and collect Ambers and materials. Spend your first Quintessential Transmutation material on the Shield.
- Do the combat tricks as soon as you have the weapon — most are easiest in the village at Fallen Village > Marketplace.
- After the final boss, go back to earlier regions and finish whatever is missing.
